Mumbai: Balaji Digital has announced its upcoming show ‘Ishk Dum Aur Idli Rasam’, further strengthening its position in the digital content space with culturally rooted yet contemporary storytelling. As the digital arm of Balaji Telefilms, the studio continues to focus on delivering emotionally engaging narratives that resonate with evolving audience sensibilities.

The new show promises a unique blend of food, romance, and light-hearted comedy. Set against the backdrop of a heritage South Indian restaurant, the series explores themes of family, legacy, and emotional inheritance.

The project also marks a significant milestone for actress Surbhi Chandna, who steps into the role of producer with her banner ‘Feel Good Studios’. The series stars Shiny Doshi as Meera Nair, a character navigating relationships, ambition, and tradition.
